COVID-19 crisis calls for COVID-19 measures, and because everyone's safety comes first, we have created the WORK SAFE project. It aims to establish and implement seven measures based on international good practices to help ensure the safety of our customers, employees and partners in the workspace.

1. Check-in Safety

Every morning, when you arrive at the workspace, your temperature will be checked, you will be given desk individuals to avoid contamination on surfaces which can be easily removed and recycled. In this way, you are preventing the spread of infections in your workplace. Our Safety and well-being advisor will be available to support you on your return to work and will guarantee the effectiveness of the measures we have implemented.

2. Hygiene Label

We have placed alcohol-based hand rub dispensers at the entrance of each floor and in common areas so you can clean your hands whenever you enter and leave our space. 
To promote respiratory hygiene and ensure your safety and well-being we also suggest the use of face masks because a good respiratory hygiene prevents the spread of Covid-19. Avoid sharing pens, chargers, and other objects.

3. Air Renewal /HVAC

We will focus on holding outdoor meetings on our balcony, and we will open windows whenever possible to make sure the workspace is well ventilated. 
The maintenance and cleaning of HVAC systems will be carried out on a regular basis in accordance with all the recommendations of Health organizations and best practices.

4. Spatial Distancing

We have reorginised our space and now every desk includes an acrylic separator that effectively and safely protects each workspace. As a result of these measures, we believe we can return to our routines in the office and thus keep social distancing which is mandatory at this stage.

5. Meeting Rooms

As we return to our professional routines, meetings will be a reality again. In order to prevent or reduce COVID-19 risks, our rooms have fewer chairs to avoid clusters. We have private phonebooths that are regularly wiped with disinfectant where you can make your calls safely. Desk individuals are also available, and we invite you to use them.

6. Business Lounge

We have arranged desks, with acrylic separators, so that customers, partners, staff and other visitors are at least 1 metre apart. The circulation in the Business Lounge is marked with arrows and, we also guarantee daily disinfection and cleaning of all surfaces, considering the best practices at this stage. There are also several places in the common areas at your disposal where you can work safely.

7. Pantry - Etiquette and Good Practices

For your protection we have introduced a set of rules in the Coffee room. Cutlery is now inside disposable paper packages. The dishes whenever used should be washed immediately. Trash will have a new routine: two bags will be placed and will be closed and disposed of in their own containers more regularly by our Work Safe team. They will be identified, and you will regularly see them cleaning all the surfaces.
