1st These general sales conditions are agreed between MYOFFICE \u2013 Consultoria em Projectos, Unipessoal, Lda, headquartered at Avenida da Rep\u00fablica n.\u00ba 6, 7\u00ba Esq. 1050-191 Lisboa, tax identification number 507032268 and contact +351 213 303 723, hereinafter referred to as “Avila Spaces” and the persons who wish to make purchases through the website\u00a0www.avilaspaces.com<\/a>\u00a0hereinafter referred to as “Client”.<\/p>

2nd The parties agree that purchases made through the website\u00a0www.avilaspaces.com<\/a>\u00a0will be governed exclusively by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the website.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

ARTICLE 1 \u2013 OBJECT<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. The purpose of these general sales conditions is to provide and define all information necessary for the Client regarding the methods of ordering, sale, payment and provision of the service, carried out at Avila Spaces.<\/p><\/li>

  2. These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to make the purchase and ensure the follow-up of this service provision to the Client.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    ARTICLE 2 \u2013 ORDER<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    1. The Client finalizes their order by completing the purchase process presented on the website\u00a0www.avilaspaces.com<\/a>, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart.<\/p><\/li>

    2. To confirm their order the Client must:
      a) Register on the website\u00a0      www.avilaspaces.com<\/a>, providing for this purpose the information requested there.
      b) Complete the information and choose the options made available to them throughout the order finalization process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the Tax ID and name that, for tax purposes, they wish to appear on the invoice).<\/p><\/li>

    3. The final confirmation of the order by the Client is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products\/services available for sale as well as these General Sales Conditions, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.<\/p><\/li>

    4. Avila Spaces will honor orders received online. In the event of unavailability of the service provision, Avila Spaces undertakes to inform the Client as soon as possible.<\/p><\/li>

    5. The data contained in the invoice are the sole responsibility of the Client. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.<\/p><\/li>

    6. If payment of the invoice is not received by the services within the indicated period, the order will not be guaranteed.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      ARTICLE 3 \u2013 PAYMENT<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      1. On the website\u00a0www.avilaspaces.com<\/a>, Avila Spaces offers the Client the following payment methods via Easypay – Institui\u00e7\u00e3o de Pagamento Lda:
        a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
        b) Multibanco Reference;
        c) Bank Transfer;<\/p>

        PLACEMENT OF EASYPAY LOGO AND BRAND LOGOS<\/p><\/li>

      2. In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made on the Client’s card immediately after confirmation of the ability to provide the service. If any of the services ordered cannot be provided, their value will be credited to the Client’s card after the order is closed.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
