As part of our commitment to workplace wellbeing, Avila Spaces has partnered with nutritionist Louise W. to provide free monthly nutrition assessment sessions for our members.<\/p>

During a personalized 30-minute consultation, participants receive an initial evaluation of their eating habits, lifestyle, and wellness goals, along with practical recommendations tailored to their needs.<\/p>

The first session is completely free. Members who wish to continue their journey can choose to book full nutrition consultations afterward.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
