Avila Spaces has just been nominated for the Best Coworking Space award worldwide, a competition that is part of the Global Startup Awards and which aims to recognize the best organizations in the global startup ecosystem. With Avila Spaces, there are five more named coworking spaces: South Africa, Turkey, Sweden, Czech Republic, and Malaysia. Avila Spaces had direct entry to the grand final of the Global Startup Awards competition for being considered the Best Coworking in Southern Europe in 2020 at the South Europe Startup Awards, surpassing competitors from Cyprus, Greece, France, Italy, Malta, and Spain. The winners are chosen by a jury, and the number of votes online - the voting period is open until January 21st and anyone can participate. The vote can be made on the Global Startup Awards website by choosing the ‘Best Coworking Space’ category from the ‘Filter by category’ menu on the left. «In a year that was marked by the COVID-19 pandemic and that forced many companies to redefine their business and work organization strategies, Avila created a new hybrid work model, the Flex Office, to help employees be more productive and working in a safe and comfortable environment.
