How does it work?

We provide you with a login and password to access your private company account.
Our secretaries update your account with all your new, incoming correspondence, in real time: Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm.
SMS notifications can be sent directly to your mobile so you can stay updated without logging in to the app.
You can also receive email notifications of these updates to eight different email addresses.
Flag all notifications as read/answered or pending to keep you organised.

Our secretaries record information about any communications you receive, as they happen, within the myOffice app.
The myOffice app automatically sends you an email notification.
