The World has changed. And offices too.

London, 8 am, 78 Cannon Street. In CMS company headquarters, one of the most reputable advocacy societies in United Kingdom, one young lawyer arrives with a client, they go to the lounge area, sit and drink a coffee.

This informationality and satisfaction is so visible on them, that it extends to the clients that visit the CMS headquarters and immediately feel as if they were at home, while they are seeing their lawsuit coming down into their lawyer's tablet, through some application of the cloud ; last notes are made and goes up again to the company's Document Center, which is also in the cloud , and where you can access at any moment, wherever you are at the company, at the client's office, at your house or on the twelve's hole Golf Club nearest by the office.

Imagining this scenario, a few years ago, in a lawyer's world, could be considered as an utopia. But the truth is that coworking and teleworking came here to stay, not because it's trendy, but because it's an obvious solution. And this is a great example, in an area where time is money and the word New Business is each time more urgent.

The companies are reformulating their work methods, so that they become more productive and appealing to their future employees. In the case of CMS, I have no doubts that the strategy was to pick up the most brilliant lawyers that universities send every year to the market. The new models of work won and convinced the owners of the last bastion of tradition in the work methods - the Lawyers - and that proves the world is changing.
There is no need to be a lawyer or a demanding professional to quickly understand the advantages of working in a company that has a smart building with Wi-Fi from the Direction room to the toilets, because all of them are considered working areas ; with common spaces where you can exchange opinions and information about lawsuits you are holding hands on, while sharing a coffee made in time or seeing the goals of the Premier League journey.

It is not by chance that this and other companies are adopting the work models of Coworking multi-companies. Maybe for this reason, the newly University Graduate professionals to look today telework and of spaces where are Coworking Several Firms, not as a Must Be (because They Could not get a big job in the Firms), but as a Should be (because of the lack of quality time that is associated with the traditional big firms). These spaces are today unmissable and multidisciplinary spaces, where you multiply business opportunities and knowledge and you divide common costs, functioning as purchase centrals in small scale. Besides that, why pay for rent or cleaning services and communications, besides other costs, if we can share those same costs for several firms, in a waypay-as-you-go , at the same time that we share the vision and knowledge with other professionals that are indispensable to any company, as an accountant, a designer or a technical computer?

The world has changed and tradition it's not what it's used to be. And that's good.
