Professor in the area of Management and Human Resources at Coimbra Business School | ISCAC since 2003. He is one of the coordinators of the postgraduate course in People and Team Management and belongs to the directorates of the Master's courses in Human Resources Management and a degree in Informatic Management. 

António argues that attracting new people is one of the main challenges for an organization, with a great impact on its future success. It can be both a challenge to find people with the right profile and to choose between candidates who appear to be equally competent. When you meet and choose the right person, the organization moves forward. 

Thus, this book seeks to present reference frameworks that allow the understanding of the context of each vacancy and to structure an appropriate process for the identification of the ideal profile, the attraction of candidates with that profile, the assessment of their suitability and their effective integration in the organization.
