Discovering the tasting using the 5 senses is the objective of this course, in which you will discover that with the proper training, the sensory resources, and the memories you have, it is possible to understand each wine and understand why you prefer some over others.
Vision, hearing, touch, smell, and taste are processed by the brain and create a whole that is your perception of the quality of wines.
In the class, you will taste different wines of different styles, which will illustrate the subjects covered.
In the end, you will evaluate and fill out the respective tasting sheets, whether you like it, but also why you like a particular wine. And we will also talk about wine and food pairings so that you learn to combine all the elements of a meal when receiving friends or having to choose a wine in a restaurant.
