This Thursday, Decemeber 3rd, our Pateo will have Nuno Miranda Ferreira as a guest, a Sommelier and a Food and Beverages (FnB) consultant who will explore the portuguese sparkling wine. Although there are a lot of areas that produce this kind of wine, the feature of this talk will be a very emblematic one: A Bairrada. The audience will be able to taste two different kinds of sparkling wine with different origins and styles. This talk will introduce to the festivities, in a way you will have a chance to learn about the potential harmonizations that this excellent product provides, in times of celebrations.
