Avila Spaces, in partnership with Sonae Sierra, presents another edition of the Avila Insight Talks - the first of 2026 - dedicated to a key topic shaping the present and future of work: how to enhance workflows using Artificial Intelligence tools.

Most teams already have access to Artificial Intelligence tools - yet remain stuck in a common paradox: they either don’t use them, use them poorly, or use them informally and without proper structure.

In this practical session with João Pico, the focus moves away from hype and into real workflows. We will explore how to integrate AI into daily work without increasing friction, without losing quality control, and without creating risks - particularly when it comes to the use of sensitive data on public platforms.
