Meditation practice means that we commit fully in each moment to be present; inviting ourselves to interface with this moment in full awareness, with the intention to embody as best we can an orientation of calmness, mindfulness, and equanimity right here and right now.
Every Tuesday, we welcome our members for a Free Morning Meditation session from 09:00 to 09:30 am, in the Business Lounge.
The benefit of this sessions is to help overcoming stress, learn to establish a daily mindfulness routine, and to deepen insights beyond the daily working reality by cultivating their spiritual life.
