Work Well, Work Safe

Avila Spaces Newsletter

We have a new mantra: YOU'LL NEVER WORK ALONE!

After a different year, where everything changed and we had to live with a new reality, we created a new mantra to give strength to our members! With this mantra, we want our clients to know that they will never be alone and will always have a place where they can work, relax and have fun. To celebrate the moment, we decided to create a Kit that includes a t-shirt, a notebook, and an anti-COVID mask for all Cowork users. At Avila Spaces we try to reinvent ourselves and be closer to our community. Therefore, we created a mural with a Polaroid photo gallery in our Business Lounge, which is making a real success! Avila exists thanks to our members ... You Will Never Work Alone!

RESTART your Business, RECHARGE your Life is back!

After four months, we are back with our talks on Thursday! These hybrid events aim to share themes that we consider important for the Avila community, within the context that we currently live in. These informal conversations talk about new strategies to face our personal and professional lives, focusing on the motivation and development of our potential! Since February we have had several members and partners with us, such as Luis Gonzaga, a productivity specialist, and Becky Gillespie, who gave us very useful tips for creating Podcast programs. These 30-minute talks at the end of the day are broadcast live through our Instagram and Facebook channels, becoming available on Youtube. Don't miss upcoming events!

We raised 650 Eur for the Pediatrics of the IPO!

Avila Spaces challenged Quinta Breijinho da Costa to produce three different wines that were the essence of our Community. With these 3 wines - White, Red, and Rosé - we tried to develop a solidarity project to raise funds for the Pediatrics service of the Portuguese Institute of Oncology, as in previous years. Avila Selection wines were sold for 6 Euros each bottle, and 50% of the revenue went to this hospital. With this, we were able to raise € 650, which was donated directly to the pediatric oncology ward. At Avila Spaces we like to give back to the community, what it offers us and we believe that this type of action reinforces the connection between our members and inspires other entities to follow the same path. Thank you all!

TRENDY SUGGESTION

March with offers at Mano a Mano: there are free pizzas, pastas and birthday cakes in delivery. Throughout the month of March, the Italian restaurant Mano a Mano, in Lisbon, has two offers: dishes and birthday cakes. Mano a Mano restaurant will be giving away dishes when buying others (2 for 1), with the offerings changing every week. Suggestions are made by the chef himself, Giovanni Pellegrino, on Monday. Offers can be ordered from the Uber Eats, Bolt Food and Glovo delivery apps, but also from the restaurant delivery platform.
