Avila Spaces, known for its innovative workspaces, officially inaugurated its third hybrid work, coworking, and private office space in Parque das Nações on January 24th, following about a month of soft opening. This event marks the beginning of Avila’s celebrations for its twentieth anniversary in 2024.
The inauguration was attended by notable figures, including the Mayor of Lisbon, Carlos Moedas; Councillor Diogo Moura from the city council; Carlos Ardisson, the Mayor of the Parque das Nações Parish Council; and Miguel Franco de Sousa, the President of the Portuguese Golf Federation, a key partner of Avila Spaces.
This new offering from Avila Spaces, honored as the Best Coworking in the World at the 2023 Global Startup Awards, addresses the growing demand from companies adopting the hybrid work model. According to Carlos Gonçalves, CEO of Avila Spaces, this model combines “the best of both worlds: freedom of movement and an all-inclusive regime, allowing employees to work from various locations in the city.”
The Cowork Café is currently over 50% occupied, attracting major companies such as Bridgestone, Talkdesk, and Intellias. Spanning two floors (700 + 300 square meters) in the Expo 98 building on Av. D. João II, Lote 1.07.2.1, the Cowork Café is conveniently located five minutes from the metro and Oriente train station, and ten minutes from Lisbon Airport.
Coworking spaces are available from 220 euros/month or 22 euros/day + VAT (for the purchase of ten-day packs), while private offices start at 400 euros/month per workstation. Clients have the flexibility to use all three locations by paying a single monthly fee.
