For the second consecutive year, Avila Spaces has been awarded the Five Stars Regions Award in the Coworking Spaces category for the Lisbon region. The recognition comes at atime when flexible work models continue to gain momentum and further strengthens Avila Spaces’ position as one of Portugal’s leading providers of flexible workspace solutions.
In the 2026 edition, Avila Spaces achieved an overall score of 8.20 out of 10, improving on its 2025 result and securing the highest rating among all coworking spaces evaluated in the Lisbon region. The company also achieved the top score in the Satisfaction/Experience category, one of the most important criteria in the award’s methodology.
The Five Stars Regions Award is based on real consumer feedback and evaluates brands, products, and services according to factors such as satisfaction, trust, innovation, value for money, and likelihood of recommendation.
