We are a Coworking space, located in a noble and central area of Lisbon city: Atrium Saldanha's building (Saldanha Sq.), in a modern office building that is also a shopping mall. 
We are the most awarded workspace in Portugal and awarded as the World's Best Cowork in 2023.

LOCATION - ATRIUM SALDANHA BUILDING

Located on Praça Duque de Saldanha (15 min. from airport), the meeting point of Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo and Avenida da República.
The ground floor of this building offers a huge variety of restaurants and cafes. The 1st and 2nd floors have stores of all kinds, from clothing, shoes, bookstores, technology, perfumery, jewelry, pharmacy, cigarettes, stationery, printing services, etc.
As we are tenants within this space, we have several agreements and benefits with various stores and restaurants, from which everyone can benefit.

THE ATRIUM

The Atrium Saldanha Shopping Center offers several services, one of them is ours as the only Cowork space inside a commercial surface.
Access to the 3rd floor is direct and without the need for a card at any time of the day, but access to the 2nd floor is only done with a card until 10am. 
Any changes or need to move furniture and equipment must be made between 7am and 10am, through the garage, floor -1 and go up the elevator to the desired floor, in this case, floor 3. 
Whenever it is necessary to carry out this type of operation, it must be communicated to the email connect@avilaspaces.com to request authorization and inform the condominium.

Many initiatives and events are free, but all require online registration. 
Whenever an event is launched, it is communicated in person at the various spaces but is also shared through a newsletter or on our social networks.

OUR SERVICES

We like to welcome you, and that is why every morning we make available to everyone a daily cake, cookies, fruit, tea, and the hot beverage machine for chocolate, coffee, cappuccino, etc.

AREAS: Reception, lounge, kitchens, and phone boots are all common areas and for the use of all our clients. The lounge area should not be used for meetings due to the noise that adds to the space. 

VIRTUAL OFFICE: The phone service is personalized and made by our employees between 8 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday. All mail should arrive identified with the company’s name, which will be daily notified according to its arrival. All notifications (attendance or mail), follow via the Avila Connect App, but can also be sent by email or SMS.



MEETING ROOMS: Meetings will all need to be scheduled/booked through the Avila Connect App, Member´s Portal - https://members.avilaspaces.com  or through our front desk staff by emailing connect@avilaspaces.com.
The rooms, after reservation, have 24 hours for cancellation in order to not be charged. If more than 24 hours have passed since the reservation, the room can no longer be canceled, and will be charged.

PRINTING: Available printing point, with a professional printer, which can be used with card / PIN access to be assigned. Send the documents you want to print to printer@avilaspaces.net. The cost of printing can be consulted in the price list attached to the contract. 

TOILETS: Bathrooms always outside the premises, which in this case, the floor has two areas of this service


MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING: The space is cleaned daily. However, cleaning the space does not include collecting the dishes from the offices, so we ask that the dishes be placed in the washing machines or on the counters and tables that we provide for this purpose in the corridors of the office spaces.

PHONE BOOTHS: There are several phone booths in the space. These areas do not need to be booked to be used, but they are only used for video calls and for as short a time as possible. These areas should not be used as a workspace. Never leave your computer or materials in these areas. When your video call is over, release the phone booth.

AIR CONDITIONING: The reference temperatures for enclosed spaces are between 22ºc and 24ºc. If the temperatures in your office change, ask an Avila Spaces employee at reception to check. Please do not touch the controls without instructions.
