WHO ARE WE?

We are a Coworking space founded in 2004, located in a noble and central area of Lisbon: Av. Da República. ​
We are the most awarded workspace in Portugal and awarded as the World's Best Cowork in 2023. ​

LOCATION - AV. DA REPÚBLICA, 6

Located on Av. Da República, 6 (15 min. from airport), the meeting point of Avenida da República and Avenida Duque de Avila.​

​In this building you will find the Cowork Avila Spaces with its outdoor patio on the 1st floor, as well as the Avila private offices on floors 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9.​

​How to reach by subway: Stop at Saldanha, Yellow and Red Lines
How to reach by bus: 726, 727, 736, 738, 744, 753, 783, 207, Aerobus 1 – 4 th stop

THE BUILDING

On the ground floor you will find a doorman from Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm and on the 1st floor you will find our reception working also from Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm.​
The building has a public parking lot for €1.50/hour, €18/day and €170/month.​

​The floors can be accessed by elevator or stairs, and only those who have an access card and a physical key to the office to which they belong can access the interior of the floors and the offices.​

​Avila Spaces is also in the Atrium Saldanha, where it benefits from a number of stores and companies. To use members discounts, you just need to show your Avila Spaces card. ​

Many initiatives and events are free, but all require online registration. ​
Whenever an event is launched, it is communicated in person at the various spaces but is also shared through a newsletter or on our social networks. ​

OUR SERVICES

We like to welcome you, and that is why every morning we make available to everyone a daily cake, fruit, tea, and the hot beverage machine with hot chocolate, coffee, cappuccino, etc.​

​AREAS: Reception, lounge, kitchen, and phone boots are all common areas and for the use of all our clients. The lounge area should not be used for meetings due to the noise that adds to the space. ​

VIRTUAL OFFICE: The phone service is personalized and made by our employees between 8 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday. All mail should arrive identified with the company’s name, which will be daily notified according to its arrival.

All notifications (attendance or mail), follow via the Avila Connect App, but can also be sent by e-mail or SMS.​



MEETING ROOMS:
Meetings will all need to be scheduled/booked through the Avila Connect App, Member´s Portal - https://members.avilaspaces.com  or through our front desk staff by emailing connect@avilaspaces.com.​
The rooms, after reservation, have 24 hours for cancellation in order to not be charged. If more than 24 hours have passed since the reservation, the room can no longer be canceled, and will be charged.​

PRINTING: Available printing point, with a professional printer, which can be used with card / PIN access to be assigned. Send the documents you want to print to printer@avilaspaces.net. The cost of printing can be consulted in the price list attached to the contract. ​

TOILETS: The various floors have indoor toilets for men and women. In the toilets you'll also find mouthwash, detergent and an automatic hand dryer.


MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING: The space is cleaned daily. However, cleaning the space does not include collecting the dishes from the offices, so we ask that the dishes be placed in the washing machines or on the counters and tables that we provide for this purpose in the space.

PHONE BOOTHS: There are several phone booths in the space. These spaces do not need to be booked in order to be used, but their use is exclusively for video calls and for the shortest time possible. These areas should not be used as a workspace. Never leave your computer or materials in these areas. When you have finished your video call, release the phone booth.

AIR CONDITIONING: The reference temperatures for enclosed spaces are between 22ºc and 24ºc. If the temperatures in your office change, ask an Avila Spaces employee at reception to check. Please do not touch the controls without instructions.
