The Avila Spaces Virtual Assistant is a professional telephone answering service that handles your business calls in your company name — in both Portuguese and English. When a call comes in, your dedicated team answers it with a personalised greeting, forwards it to you when possible, and if unavailable, collects the caller’s details and reason for calling, keeping you fully informed via the Avila Connect app.

The Basic plan provides a dedicated phone line with automated answering and immediate call forwarding. The Business plan adds live, personalised answering by a real team member, with notifications via the Avila Connect app. The Premium plan is the most complete option, adding a business address, mail and parcel reception, voicemail-to-email, and app notifications. All plans include answering up to 10 calls per day. If that limit is exceeded, additional calls are handled according to the conditions set out in the service agreement. Call forwarding costs vary by zone and operator and are shown in the price list.

Calls are answered professionally in both Portuguese and English, ensuring your business communicates with confidence regardless of who is calling.

Yes, on the Premium plan. This includes reception and notifications for mail and small parcels that fit in the mailbox. Larger parcels that cannot fit are received by Avila Spaces, and you have 48 hours to collect them.
